1. General Provisions and Definitions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the legal relationship between the kikra platform ("kikra", "we", "our") and registered users ("you", "member", "user"). kikra is an online betting and casino platform that provides services for players in Bangladesh.

The word "service" as used in these terms refers to the kikra website, mobile platform, games, betting options, bonuses and all related features. "Account" refers to a user's registered profile.

2. Eligibility and Registration

kikra may request a national identity card or other identity documents for account verification. Withdrawals may be delayed until identity verification is complete.

2.3 Account Security

It is your own responsibility to keep your account secure. Keep your password confidential and do not share it with anyone. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify the kikra support team immediately.

3. Financial Transactions — Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Deposit Rules

All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in the user's own name. Deposits from third parties will not be accepted and such transactions may result in account cancellation.

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

Before processing a withdrawal request, kikra will confirm that identity verification has been completed. Withdrawals may be delayed if verification is incomplete. It is recommended to withdraw using the same method used for the deposit.

If kikra suspects unusual activity or fraudulent behavior on any account, it reserves the right to suspend the withdrawal and conduct an investigation.

4. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

For example: if you deposit ৳2,000, you will receive a ৳4,000 bonus and the total wagering requirement will be (৳2,000 + ৳4,000) × 20 = ৳120,000.

4.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer may have its own terms and conditions that will apply.
• A bonus is valid for one account only — multiple accounts from the same device, IP address or payment method cannot claim bonuses.
• Withdrawals cannot be made before the bonus wagering requirement is met.
• kikra reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus or promotion.
• Accounts may be cancelled in cases of fraudulent bonus claims.

4.3 VIP Program

The kikra VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Weekly cashback is provided at each tier — up to 0.2% at Bronze, 0.5% at Silver, 0.8% at Gold and 1.0% at Platinum. Advancement to a higher VIP tier depends primarily on your overall activity and loyalty.

5. User Conduct and Prohibited Activities

While using the kikra platform you must refrain from the following prohibited activities:

• Exploiting any vulnerability or flaw in the platform to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using software, bots, scripts or automated tools.
• Colluding with other users during play.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
• Presenting yourself as a kikra employee or representative.
• Attempting to introduce malicious code or malware into the platform.
• Harassing, threatening or attempting to harm other users.

If you are found to be involved in any of the above prohibited activities, kikra reserves the right to immediately close the account and forfeit all balances.

6. Betting Rules

6.1 Bet Validity

A bet will be considered final and binding once a confirmation message is received. If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, kikra reserves the right to void that bet.

6.2 Result Determination

The results of all sports bets will be determined based on the official results of the relevant sports body (BPL, ICC, FIFA, etc.). In the event of any dispute, kikra's decision will be considered final.

6.3 Maximum Bet Limits

Maximum bet limits may be set for each game or event. kikra may change these limits at any time. Higher limits may apply for VIP members.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

All your financial transactions and personal information are kept secure using SSL encryption technology. Your information is not sold to third parties, however it may be provided in response to valid requests from law enforcement agencies.

9. Account Closure and Suspension

• Operating multiple accounts.
• Direction from law enforcement agencies.

9.2 Account Closure by the User

kikra is not responsible for losses caused by technical errors, server outages, internet connectivity issues or other unforeseen circumstances. kikra will not be held liable for service disruptions caused by force majeure events such as natural disasters, government restrictions or cyberattacks.

You are using the kikra platform of your own judgment and free will. Participating in gaming or betting is your own decision and kikra is not responsible for any financial loss resulting from it.

12. Intellectual Property

The kikra website, logo, brand name, designs, software and all content are the exclusive property of kikra. Copying, distributing or commercially using any part of this content without our prior written permission is prohibited.

13. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

The applicable law and jurisdiction for the interpretation and enforcement of these terms will be determined in accordance with the relevant agreements and kikra's policies. If any part of these terms is found to be invalid or legally unenforceable, the remaining parts will remain fully in effect.
